4's fine, it was the fact that it closed at 11 on the sunday which was shite!

4 wasn't fine considering it had been on until 6 every year, everyone i know that went was annoyed about that.

I thought 4 was fine. Able to get back to hotel to recharge batteries for the Sunday. I think Sunday should finish later though even if it's just at 1am or something.....

It's a license thing otherwise we deffo would, but we do start earlier to make up for the 11pm finish!

I thought it would be something to do, with the license. I'm not complaining anyway, as the longer it goes on, the longer it takes to recover from!!

makes it easier to drive home the next day two, get yourself back over the limit.
though i would rather it go on later and just stay later sitting around until im back over the limit.

does anyone know how easy it is to get taxis from the event to the local hotels? the website says that there will be a taxi rank but I'm just wondering whether there are normally enough taxis

Last year taxi's were readily available on the Sunday night (even though we decided it would be fun to walk instead for some reason!!) but not sure about the Saturday night which was the busier night of the weekend.
We're going to try it this year but might set off walking and try flagging one down if the taxi rank is rammed. Also depends what time you leave I suppose. May be loads busier at the end but might not be if all the ones with the most stamina are camping!!
I reckon the best bet is to take the chance and don't worry about it till it's time to leave!!

There were alot of taxi's about just make sure you don't get mugged off, i paid 40 quid for a 40 quid journey one of my mates who's abit of an idiot got charge 70 quid fro a shorter journey.

cool, doesn't sound like we'll have too many probs with taxis then. Might get a few numbers for local taxis beforehand just in case.

You should be fine for Taxis, our shuttle bus services are also really good too!

Hi,
Had a top weekend last year, although hardly any toilets for campers! i think there was some near the food vans but that seemed ages away from where we were pitched up, will there be more loo's this year?

Hello, is Creamfields is good as everyone makes out? I haven't been before but I'm going this year, been to Global Gathering before and that was amazing! Isn't it a bit early for the music to finish at 23:00 on the Sunday? Also what's the atmosphere like on the camp site, I imagine it's really good!?! Also did anyone camp near the site on the Friday night because that is what I'll be doing this year!? Cheers!

Last year Creamfields blew away every festival I have ever been to, it was absolutely amazing and is one not to be missed. The music finishes at 23:00 on Sunday due to licensing but starts earlier so is the same amount of time as the Saturday.

Not really sure about the campsites as I wasn't camping but inside the atmosphere and the crowd was really friendly and inviting, you're going to be in for a wicked time!

It might seem a bit early now, but when you consider how long you'll ave been ravin beforehand.. and with laws n stuff the alternative is to carry it on with the music at half volume and trust me u dont wana experience that!.. Judge Jules dyin on his ass at Global last yr was such a disappointment. Id rather go back and carry on the party on the campsite on a massive high at 11.. which I will. The party def keeps on goin.. the campsite is just one massive afterparty :) You're gona love it mate!!

overall global was a better weekend last year but creamfields sunday was the best day/night of the lot.... the 11 o clock isnt a problem at all... Tiesto killed it and everyone was completely buzzing on the sunday night back to the campsite..

(sat at cream last year was pretty poor tbh, for me it was only saved by eric prydz at the end of the night and skream and benga at the start of the night)... think this year the day lineups seem to be spread out a lot nicer (imo)

stalker... ha... i was clever enough to miss judge jules at global, went to the global tent for some breaks to finish the night...

this year im going to both and my advice about global... TRY AND AVOID JUDGE JULES!!! HE IS SUCH A MOOD KILL AND DOES NOT DESERVE A PLACE AT THIS FESTIVAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
