yeah i know but the music went off for a bit in the cream arena and im guessing it was either someone that over did it on the festivities a bit or a fight of some kind......you know just wondered if there were any creamfelds people that could confirm or quash the rumours!

There was no stabbing as far as I've heard. The Cream arena got too packed on the Saturday night and the police ordered for it to be emptied and reopened due to fears of people at the front being crushed by the barriers

DAVID GUETTA HEADLINE SHOW SHUTS DOWN ARENA AND HE DECLARES CREAMFIELDS 'THE BEST SET HE'S EVER DONE'!

Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August
www.creamfields.com

Creamfields headliner David Guetta brought the 10,000 capacity Cream arena to a standstill last night rounding off a brilliant first day of the UK's hottest dance festival.

Famous for hit 'Love Takes Over', David Guetta is one of the biggest names in dance music and attracted nearly double the capacity to his show last night at the sold- out festival, forcing the 'crowd control' team to shut down the arena for 20 minutes. After an excited break of epic cheering Guetta came back on and announced to the crowd it was 'the best set he had ever done' and that he 'would never forget this gig'.

Before Guetta left the stage he raised his hands into a heart shape and the 10,000 strong crowd all followed suit, as the words 'One Love' flashed on the screen on stage! It rounded off an incredible first day of this year's sold-out event with 30,000 dance revellers expected each day to the show in Cheshire.

Saturday headliners included Tiesto and Mylo both delivering storming sets and Sunday will see the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Basement Jaxx, Calvin Harris and deadmau5 all take to the stage, with Deadmau5 arriving in superstar style by helicopter!

There was a girl killed on her way to Creamfields on the Saturday, but haven't heard of any trouble there...

A girl died on way in car crash and i heard about aomeone getting stabbed in there. When we told the taxi driver he said "ya know mate i wont be surprised if it was the tit i took home before, he came out with a big army knife and stabbed his mate in the hand for a laugh in the back of the cab" So dunno, might just be rumours.

Unfortunately a couple of girls died on the way, which we are all really sad about....such a shame.

But there was absolutely NO stabbings at Creamfields and NO deaths, and as for the taxi man, he's probably getting a bit of drama out there. As you all know we had very thorough police checks for your safety and it seems to have paid off.

Guetta, we will be looking at this. But when we booked him 6-8 months ago, he hadn't had 3 number 1s and a number 1 album......so although we know he is massive, he has got EVEN bigger in the lead up to the show. Hence the crowd control put in place. But at least we got him back onto the decks for an amazing set!

i got searched a few times after goin between the campsite and the arena, which confused me a bit: id been searched coming in already, surely if you'd of done the job properly i wouldnt have anything on me.

also, why where people who only attended for the day allowed to take cans on beer/cider in to the arena but campers werent allowed to take their cans from the campsite to the arena?

All chinese whispers, you know what it's like, everyone loves a bit of drama! Well it must have worked - here is what the police have put out......

No serious incidents were reported to Cheshire Police over the two day festival.

Insp Giles Pierce, who led this year’s police planning team, said: “We are extremely pleased with the policing operation for this year’s Creamfields music festival. We worked closely alongside the organisers of the event to build on the success of last year. Our main aim was to ensure the safety of festival goers and to minimise disruption for the community.”

This was my first time at Creamfields, and given the things i was told beforehand, and the reputation some people think it has, i would definitely go again.

I didn't see any trouble whatsoever, no fights, no one getting started on or anything. Granted there were times i didn't feel safe wandering round on my own, and occasions where i felt myself getting surrounded by groups of lads, but i just walked away.

As a bonus i never have to worry about putting too much fake tan on ever again after this weekend! lol

The police only arrested 10 people over the entire weekend and most of those were for public order offences and thefts from cars. I thought it was a really good crowd actually
