Hi,
I did my first order with cyberdog for some pants there where problems with my order(s) but this is not a negative post.

Ok first order was for a pair of strap pants there was not rush on the order but there was a delay with shipping the product, staffing issues i think. However they shipped it out next day with no extra charge and i got my stuff... nice one:)

However when i get em home to try them on i noticed some mud on the bottoms. they fitted perfectly so i did not want the hassle of sending them back. (the must have been soiled by someone tryint them on in the store) Plus it was getting close to this weekend (monday)

However i sent them a email and they gave me a gift voucher as a good will gesture.

I had a bit of a issue with another part of my outfit so i decided that i would use the voucher to get some cuffs and other bits. I did the order had to stick next day on it. There was a problem with the ordering on the web site accepting my cv2 number (third party site NOT cyberdog) Anyway they managed to correct this get all the stuff email me back with a out of stock item.

Royal mail did not deliver the parcel yesterday WANKERS despite being special D and before 1:30am they just did not bother. I could not track the parcel, anyway point is this was parcel force fucked it up and left it in the sorting office. I picked it up today lucky the sorting office was 200 metres from my house.

Anyway the point of this post is that Cyberdog did make a huge effort to sort things out after a problem and went out of there way to make amends.

Its how a company handles a problem that really shows how good they are and i was very impressed with there customer service and will definately be doing more orders with them.
