Take 500 clubbers, reserve three entire hotels and hundreds of flights for them to be together all week long, throw in at least three free nightime parties at premier Ibizan venues, negotiate discounts of up to 40% at the coolest beach / sunset bars in San Antonio, organise a couple of boat parties ( don't forget to stick on extra sound), turn a disused zoo into a multi-arena open-air party complete with pool and BBQ, (include a free coach there and back).

Then work with the best club promoters on the island and deliver discounted ticket prices for everyone on the package.

Don't over-charge for your product; keep the price as low as possible.

Don't employ cheesy grabbing reps and dress them in trendy uniforms. Don't call a welcome meeting before midday. Don't patronise and judge people by the music they prefer.

Finally; enjoy watching people unwind,kick back, spin out and explode...it's worth all the hard work.
