There was no atmosphere and no peeps! Which all in all adds up to a non event!
When I finally gave up hope and left there were more people milling about outside than I'd left behind in The Loft.

The state people were in the night before its no wonder! Cant really compete against Pete Tong to be honest!

I don't know who did the flyers but I turned up at 10pm when it said it was starting and told to fuck off because it wasnt open yet. I came back because I really wanted to see Eddie and I think he is amazing and wish I hadn't bothered becuase it was bloody painful being there. Ive never been to the loft before but it was more expensive for a beer than it was to get in. There were like 8 people in there all night and that included the djs, the bouncers, the bar staff and old blokes who were too drunk to get into Strawberry Moons. I was gutted as I love Eddie, he must of felt like a twat playing to nobody.

Well we had a great night! True it was empty, but Eddie and the Breakfastaz played some of the best music Ive ever heard in the Loft and we jumped around like goons for their whole set. A few drinks with the 'fastaz and the basslick crew after rounded off the evening quite nicely.
Don't see why Pete Tong matters. Surely the people who want to go to basslick wouldn't give a shit about him. Or maybe its the maidstone party people that are the problem? Taste in music anyone? Anyone???
