Zara Groves is am a Fitness Professional who has been working in the fitness industry for the past 12 years. Her career started when she was living in Hong Kong and has travelled with it quite a bit. Now settled back in North Wales and since doing so has set up an Entertainments agency. Her desire for new fitness challenges led her to Pole Dancing, and boy is it a challenge, but she loves it.
