HELP!!!

I dont know wheres appropriate to post this so I figured here will do (hope u don't mind guys)

but... my screens all squashed :-(

I was typing and pressed a button on my key board (I dunno which one) and its super squidged my text on the screen... how do I reverse?? Have Windows Vista and have tried pressing most of the buttons... argh!

It may be normal by tomo, I CBA to restart as going to bed anyway, but if anyone knows how to solve this (if it doesn't solve itself) the special one would be truely grateful :-)
