Adam started his career firstly as a drummer and
then from the age of 19 worked as a programmer and then eventually
head engineer /producer at an Oxford recording studio. It was there that
he teamed up with Lez and joined his band M.A.D. For the next 3 years
they experimented with how to get computers, sequencers and samplers
to work as part of a live set. It was this experimentation in the days before
Giga Bytes and Mhz that eventually lead to the birth of Lab4.....

DJ COMPETITION

We will be runnin a small Dj competition early on the Sat 15th.. The winner will have the opertunity to play a set for Independance soundz @ 1 of are next events.. also recieves signed vinyl from JTB and DJ CHUCK-E, Mars / Intolerance..

RULES FOR THE COMPETITION ARE;
1)NO Resident dj's for any events can take part. (bedroom dj's only).
2) Names must be put down on the FRI NIGHT and only by the person entering.
3) First 8 entrys can only take part.(No more than 8)
4) You will have 15min to prove yourself
5) You will be judged on mixing ,choice of tunes and Crowd entertainment.
6) Final rule is that Independance soundz has the final say no matter what..lol


CAMPING

there is camping in the field that joins on to the venue..
tents can be set up from FRIDAY 14TH 1200 hrs
THERE IS NOT TO BE ANY FIRES ON THE CAMP SITE AT ALL..
FIRE STARTERS WILL BE KICKED OFF..

There are 9 en-suites chalet style rooms all with televisions (remote controls small deposit)
