Mutation. It is the key to our evolution. It has allowed us to evolve from a single-celled organism to the dominant species on this planet. This process is slow, normally taking thousands of years. But every few hundred millenia, evolution leaps forward!!!



E:Volve, a creature of the night which has spent the past 4 years moulding and adapting to new surroundings, it's sound has twisted and changed and its mind has been bent and broken down. from a single celled organism derived from the clashing together of the minds of three freinds to what is now a thriving nocturnal creature, feeding on nothing but the vibes of the people who dance in its territory. it is mostly seen on weekends in and around Birmingham but has been known to travel as far out as shrewsbury and stratford looking for that place to call home... 4 years ago, Jock (dreadster), Paul (Agent Orange) and Suz (Techno Fairy) gave birth to a creature that was to change the face of midlands nightlife forever!

it has adapted and moulded its form into many different habitats. from dingy rock clubs to massive warehouses, from pub back gardens to enormous corporate suberclubs. with each new habitat comes a new mating call. wether it be the sound of Hard NRG and Electro, Hard Techno and Hard Trance, Drum n Bass and Psy trance, E:Volves sound has mutated at the same rate as E:Volve itself, now incorporating the best of Hard Dance, Techno, Hardcore and Euro Hard Trance and stretched over 4 different rooms at the custard factory in birmingham. its coming out to play again and celebrate its 4th year of creation with an almighty BANG!

Celebrating its 4th birthday E:Volve has decided to bring some of its friends along for the ride and give you a party that'll blow your socks off! Headlining the Main arena is a man who has smashed the foudations of party's such as GOODGREEF, TIDY, SUDISSENTIAL and hundreds more to boot, producer of dancefloor destroyers such as SEVERE PUNISHMENT, S.T.F.U, SHRANZ & TINGS and many many more. his album "HEAVEN & HELL" mixed with Phil york was easily one of the biggest and best hard dance albums released last year... ladies, gentlemen and those who are a bit of both, welcome to the wheels of steel the man with the mad mad world... DARK By DESIGN!!!! but thats not all, after being booked to come and strut his stuff at two previous E:Volve parties which havent gone to plan... its time for IAN M to finally grace the decks and give us all a good Stomp, with releases and remixes on almost every known hard house album since day one, TIDY TRAX, TRADE, A@E, VICIOUS CIRCLE, SPINBALL, MINISTRY OF SOUND, this guy has seen and done it all. legend in the hard dance scene and one of the forefather's of electronic dance. he's coming to play not 1, but 2 main room sets... the first of which will be a showcase of all thing IAN M with a power hour of some of the most upfront tracks out there today... the second will be a Back to Back with one of E:Volves closest friends ALEX TOWSE... he and Ian will be taking it in turns to spin you the classics of yesteryear and get you stomping to tracks that had you wiggling from place to place from the confines of your walkman tape player!

along with these two powerhouse DJs E:Volve not only adapts itself and grows bigger and bigger... but also likes to showcase the finest talent from across the board. DION & RIGGSY, two of E:Volves finest will be hammering it out like only they know how alongside Guest DJs such as JOE NAPIER, JOHN SAXON, DAWSON and BOUNCY BEN. now if thats not a line up fit for a birthday, i dont know what is!!

E:Volve is also welcoming back the boys from SCUM LIKE US, annihilating the poolside stage once again with their twisted techno beats! DJ ANT is headlining and will be smashing up the poolside alongside all of the Scum Residents and guests



EXTREME NRG in the kitchen... again, the E:Volve Custard kitchen will hold host to something a little bit different. so get your whistles out and wave those glowsticks, Ben Xtreme and MC keyes will be headlining and rocking your socks off with all the Xtreme NRG crew. you know the score... its hardcore!

DIABLO TRAXX are back on the balcony and with the Diablo Crew, and all the big tracks that they're knocking out in the studio what seems to be every day! this is one birthday party that you really really dont want to be missing

with Live Visuals from AGENT ORANGE and VJ NUTCRACKER, free CD giveaways and roaming street magician, as well as UV T-Shirts and accessory stalls theres something for everybody. so lets whip out those glowsticks and pull out those fluffy leg warmers. and lets party like its 2009!!!
Kicking off at the custard factory Birmingham on 24th OCTOBER 2009 at 9pm, the beats will be bashed out over the course of the night and right up until 6am in the morning. Be there or be a turnip!!!

Evolve always promises to be a an absulute stormer. It's one of my favourite events for a very good reason and it never fails to dissapoint!!
