Regression has always been about the music, the people and the party and was started by clubbers for clubbers. Only armed with a small set up and not much décor Regression’s first night went off with a bang, attracting a crowd of 200 local clubbers into its intimate capacity venue. The crowd begged for more and the rest is history…

After a fantastic first year Regression came to a halt due to managerial difficulties in 2004 and with a lack of alternative venues Regression lost its home. We then decided to turn our attention elsewhere…and the free party scene in Hastings was revived.

Then in November 2005 Regression returned to its much missed home at Heroes Venue Bar to carry on what it had started, this time only bigger and better.

Another manic year and Regression has reached its second birthday, with the introduction of crazy visuals, UV and nitrous stall Regression has gone from strength to strength. With more mind blowing décor than you can shake a stick at and probably the best sound and lighting system in Hastings split over two floors, it’s a night not to be missed. We pride ourselves on giving you a safe and friendly atmosphere that will leave you screaming “one more!!!”
