What is forbidden & doggin?


Forbidden is one of the longest running hard dance nights in the country. Sprouting in 1998 at the now infamous and, sadly, closed Club City it rocked Leicester each and every Friday til dawn until the clubs untimely closure in 2001.
Forbidden has since bounced back and we have been at our current home, The Starlite, since April 2003.

Mid 2005 saw us get our long-overdue website up and running ( www.forbiddenuk.com ) and have since been getting the old girl the exposure she so richly deserves.

Which brings us nicely to this! This is the next step in the re-generation of Forbidden, if you used to frequent Club City, are a current regular, or you've never been to a Forbidden event before (where have you been?!?!), then please sign up to the group and share your stories and pictures from past events (including Club City ones), or sit back and observe the total madness that is a Forbidden Friday night.

We've been 'avin it for 8 years, heres to the next 8......
