The best set of hardcore compilations over the past 4 years have been hardcore underground compilations!! I think you have been listening to your Hixxy/styles clubland extreme cds abit to much, its turned your brain into a dog turd!!

i know how ribbzy does what he does cos i see him at nearly most of the events i go to, so therefore i stand and watch, not because i like hardcore techno but cos im intrested in seein the way different MC's work crowds its a proffessional appreciation thing i wouldnt expect you to understand.
to be honest i think you need to work on your people skills, manners dont cost anything.

lol. as i said marc smith n al storm cd top notch. nice an hard but not as hard as techno. brisk disc not bad apart from the odd cheesy track. i like stormtrooper an have a few tnc records, dont mind a little breakbeat interval now an again but near enough every track on his mix has 1. i may as well b listening 2 drum n bass. darwin&clsm good in parts but 2much old skool style breaks 4 me.

The fact you think mc'ing deserves the title of being a profession is what disturbs me the most. U sure ur not doing it just to satisfy your own overinflated ego? :)

TOTAL FIX

Id rather it was a fix, but the sad state of affairs the scene is in at the moment.. all about cheese filled paedoish SHIT tunes and more emphasis being put on a gob-off mc.. you shouldnt be so surprised

no a hobby is something you do in your spare time to stop you from gettin bored, and a profession is something you do and get paid for, like a job.
this i do all the time religiously, and i do it at the weekends and get paid for it (expenses at the least) so therefore it is already a profession for me, but i wouldnt mind being able to live off what i earn MC'in that would just make my life complete.
and my ego is regular sized, i dont wear a vest, i dont drop lyrics over vocals, and my vocabulary extends further than ''make some noise''
i wouldnt mind if you had even heard me MC before but you aint so your just jumping to conclusions...

so u dont actually have another job apart from mc'ing? thats all u do yet ur not making a living from it and as u've said u have a regular ego of which u need a huge one to make it in this scene! make-it-big-in-hardcore plan re-think needed. however.. some profession that where u work some weekends and chill all week! kind of reminds me of uni. u pay tax? ;)

no i dont have any other job, i used to be an industrial roofer/cladder workin on building sites putting roofs on factory's but due to the recession there is now no work in my area so im unemployed, could of got a different job by now but i just plain cant be arsed. i still live with my parents so its quite cushty, but no i dont pay tax.
spose i could sign up as self-employed then i could claim back the 50quid i spent on my microphone, and get petrol expenses paid back to me by the government. but to be fair i cant be arsed to do that either...cos then il have to give them a percentage of anything i earn

HAHAHAHAHA

I don't know how the government would be able to tax you on your guestlist+1 entry into a club and the £5 bus fare to get there! I have a fair amount of friends who mc and not one of them would ever call it a profession hence they have to work! Also say you do manage to one day make it as a high paid mc - you have a fairly limited shelf life - so you mc til you hit 35-40 you aint gonna earn enough money to retire - your still gonna have to work!! At the end of the day though I havent heard you mc - on that you are correct - but the chances are I never will! I know ridiculously talented djs who dont get the booking they deserve and they are what i attend raves to listen to - mcs on the other hand are now numbering probably 1 in 3/4 lads that I meet at raves thinks there an mc - its ridiculously sad - they all sound the same - act the same and will all end up on the reject pile of storm/whizzkid wannabes!! Why not make a career choice for the better - get some decks - learn to mix - you probably will earn the same amount off it but you will have extended your shelf life!!
