i've heard this is going to be cancelled because of the Pleasure Dome thing in Skegness?

Only rumour of course, but that's what's doing the rounds.

of course not.

our NYE NEC event is the biggest New Year's Eve party in the country bar none.

it's been going for 5 years, it's well established and we don't blink in the face of competition.

Slammin' Vinyl this New Year's Eve at the NEC is 100% going ahead.

NEC mainroom alone has 13,000 cap, then you've got about 5 other rooms on top of that.

as Davey says, the NEC is vastly bigger... it's one of the biggest venues in the whole country.

anyway, it's about the licenced capacity for the event, not the total potential capacity of some space.
