A festival-style gathering over three floors with 30 of the freshest DJs will take place under the roof of London's Egg club on Saturday 1st August, all glued together by the fabulous Hat-Club. It's been a few months since Hat-Club last entertained the London scene. The boys in hats have been busy with sell-out parties in Brighton and Southend, but now the time has come for it to raise its hat-clad head once again, and for the very first time at the gorgeous Egg club. Brace yourself as there's an aural treat in store.

From filthy-jackin, bass driven techno to vocal and electro house, there's bound to be something here to whet your appetite. Sat at the top of the bill is Batty Bassline Hannah Holland – a lady who knows more than most about London's club culture having been on the scene for over a decade. With her filthy basslines
and bounce she's rocked the floors of the country's best at Bugged Out, Fabric and Trailer Trash, and tonight at Egg you can expect a similar story.

The unstoppable Bristolian duo, Deepgroove are also in on the action as they bring their rolling techno affairs to the proceedings. Having aligned themselves with the cream of the crop in techno talent including Alter Ego, Jamie Anderson and garnering support on their release from Carl Cox, it's going to be hard to
keep up with them! There's just so much going on at this event and there's only 8 hours to fit it all in! Finger Lickin' Records will showcase some of their finest leftfield sounds; the delightful trio Sioux City Boys Club (whom if you've never seen - you must catch an eye-full of) will play an amazingly catchy 80's electro-pop music / Rock n Roll / House influenced guitar led dance set (breathe), and that's not even acknowledging the Hat-Club DJs.

Flying the flag for Hat-club are residents The BeatThiefs, dubbed by Laidback Luke and Patric La Funk as the 'nice guys'. Nice they may be, but their sound is a force to reckoned with as they cut and mash-up tracks over 3CDJS in an energetic and pumping performance. Hat-Club stalwart DJ Roo will also churn
out the tunes, as will a collection of the best Hat-Club DJs from the past 4 years, the Hat Club Allstars.

Let's not forget to mention the collection of Rehab's artists also adding to the soundtrack that include Asenjo, Brad James and Pete Nichols to merely name a few.

For those who've been to a Hat-Club event before, you'll know this party has an atmosphere like no other. Whether it's down to clubbers uniting in their penchant for funky head gear, or in their passion for music; either way, this event is sure to raise the roof and be one to remember.

Just remember; don't talk about Hat-Club. Ssshhh…
