What is JUST4MICK?

WHAT IS JUST4MICK ALL ABOUT?

The underground god father of House music DJ Justmick is currently fighting for his life after recently being diagnosed with lung cancer. He's a true veteran of the underground house scene who's been entertaining the masses for donkeys years, at one time in your life you would of heard, Danced to or crossed paths with the legend that is DJ Justmick. Micky boy has been heard all over the London airwaves over the past 2 decades and will always be remembered for his catchphrases "Locked in, Locked on" being just one of many most pirate radio DJ's still use now.

With massive support from most of the Pirate Stations in london & surrounding counties + many,many promoters that Micky has played for over the years Just4Mick has the potential to help him get through Cancer. All involved have fingers, toe's, legs, arms and everything else crossed for Micky and hopes he has what it takes to get through this. To be true to you all Micky has not been responding to his keemo and is just about to start a new treatment which we all hope does the trick and kick starts his long road to recovery.

We have created this group in the hope of building up more support and adding to what we already have to raise the profile of Justmick and his battle to see him and his family right through this terrible time. We strongly beleive that if you want to help Mick out that you should have something back for your hard earned pennys. With that in mind a massive string of Events will be coming your way headlined by some of the most well known DJ's in the country. Just4Mick has come about not because micky asked, its come about because of the overwhelming support for Mick and because he has friends in high places who without a thought joined forces to make it so.

WHAT DJ FINGERS SAID ABOUT JUST4MICK

I've known Justmick for quite a while now and have known he's not been feeling to clever since before crimbo last year. After many trips to hospital and his docs over the months they finally told him it was Lung Cancer. As soon as he told me I went round for a cuppa to have a good chat with him to show him I was there for him then, now & always. Micky is a very stong person and I know he would never bow down to nobody or anything not even Cancer and I know he will fight this fucker all the way.

While I was there I was thinking what would be the best way to help out without fussing round and making mick feel down about things. He never asked for any help but I could see he could'nt work so the only thing for it was for me to raise him up a few quid to help ease the pressure of not working, at that very moment Just4Mick was born.

This is just the begining of Peppermint Parties efforts to help Micky out and as long as i've got a hole in my arse I will keep going weather he wins or lose's his fight against Cancer, only time's gonna tell. Like I said this one is very personal to me and Im there all the way with Micky, it aint for praise, thanks, clever PR or anything else its cause Mick is and always will be my Friend.
