This Friday marks Always Friday's 2nd birthday @ Egg and to help them celebrate in the upmost of style they've enlisted the help of Lost Souls. We've flown in some of the biggest acts from Europe and Across the pond to bring you undoubtedly Egg's biggest ever line up!

Inviting Detroit legend Carl Craig for a surely epic 6 hour set on the Terrace. Konrad Black from Wagon Repair recently releasing his Watergate mix compilation. Also two amazing acts from Hawtin's M_nus, American minimal machine Gaiser and German duo Niederflur will be taking the basement to the dark side. With support from a fine selection of residents from Lost Souls and more.

Expect this night to satisfy musically, from the word go until closure time, which has still been undecided what time that will be. Suppose that will depend on when certain artists decide they want stop, so this could well go on till late morning. Just in time to go carry on the party at Public Life.

Doors are open from 10pm and go right through to 10am. But in true Lost Souls fashion, the party wont end there. We'll trek our way back over to East London and our beloved Public Life for the carry on which should keep you occupied right up till 8pm Saturday evening. That's 20 whole hours of the very best House and Techno. We've not completed the line up just yet but you can always rely on whoever we pick out of our long list of Residents to do the business! There may even be some very special guest appearances too!

gutted i missed this

You bloody well should be. It was an amazing party. I've never seen Egg so good. Wish i'd got there before 4 but i had the toilet to contend with the next day as well. Turned up halfway through Gaisers' set. The room was ramo and Gaiser completely smashed it. Really nice to see the room crammed through of real music heads. Even though it was steaming hot in the basement no one left the room. Then Konrad Black who ended up playing till closing was incredible. One of the best sets i've seen this year, and that's saying something. Shame Egg decided to shut us down early. They need to realise that when Konrad Black is playing the DJ decides when the party is finished.

The after party at the bog was brilliant too. Big really up for it crowd. Made playing there a real pleasure! Quality night and day all round

Was a brilliant night as said, we had an idea it was going to be good but so many techno fans turned up. Never seen Egg like that before, basement was going off, everyone played really well, residents and the stars of the show.

No doubt we'll have something special again soon.
