Hello peeps, i've been off the old DSI for a while. Fuck me its gone quiet on here(Apart from the spamming and the public airing of dirty laundry).

I thought i'd give everyone a status update on the A+E situation at the moment.

After 6 years of blood, sweat and tears Neil C has decided to call it a day and stop promoting A+E with the rest of us. That leaves Ryan, Steve and myself at the helm. As i'm sure most of you are aware Neil was the driving force behind much of A+E and often took much of the responsibility on himself. I had the pleasure of working alongside Neil at our 9-5 warehouse job for a couple of years and his commitment to the A+E cause more than saw us through a few scrapes. Without sounding like a bit of plum, Neils drive to make A+E succeed was inspirational at times and most definately drove me on to try and make A+E as special as we could.

Personally i'd like to say that it was more than a pleasure to work alongside Neil, more importantly it was fun. Its not everyday you get to do something you love with the people you love(i'm not gay or ought) , but for 6 six years i got to do just that with one of my best friends and the best DJ to have come from Tillington.

I'd like to wish Neil the best of luck with whatever he does musically and all the best for the future.

Right on to business. Steve, Ryan and myself have decided to continue on with the A+E spirit, there will be some changes to our music policy, but essentially and most importantly A+E is about hard dance music. We've decided to cancel the room 2's for the rest of the year. The reasoning behind this is to allow us more time to concentrate on our 2 main rooms left this year. Our Next main room will be Sept 20th and we've booked the Godfather of Hardhouse Andy Farley with another special guest to be announced. Then our final main room of the year will be November 15th and expect something HUGE!!!

So come on lets get chatting on here again, lets have some DJ ideas, thoughts on how A+E moves foward, lets reminisce about the good times and lets have some of that famous A+E banter.

sounds wicked TBH, ive only seen him play once for about half hour... remember him pulling off a wicked murder was the bass into loops n tings rmx at the weekender. amazing.

Seen an old interveiw with Justin an hes on there sayin the DJ he looks up to the most is Pete Wardman, time to get him in me thinks!!

Pete Wardman is wicked got some really old Trade Mixes of his and a few newer ones!!! I think JP & jukesy though would be a good choice boys or going by his mixes and production Dave Curtis!!!!!
