BREAKBEAT celebrated 3 years of OUT-BREAK parties in Oct '08 at this established night in Portsmouth dedicated to bringing you the latest and best local DJ's and acts alongside established breakbeat/nu-skool/hardcore breaks DJ's, MC's, VJ's plus live performance by acts, groups and crews. In 3 years we've had some pretty amazing DJ's down to rock the party all with the aim of creating a environment where the breaks and the people can come together and shake some booty!!
Now into it's fourth year, the
OUT-BREAK philosiphy is to offer variety and something different to the Portsmouth club scene and our policy of providing the latest in upfront nu-skool breaks firmly puts
OUT-BREAK at the forefront of the underground breaks scene along the south-coast.
Events are held regularly and are generally

INFECTIOUS BREAKS is the 2008 NuSkool Alliance between three Portsmouth Breakbeat promoters. This collaboration of members from Dusted/Out-Break/Error will see
INFECTIOUS drop some of the most on-point street-beat sounds and underground crunch around.
INFECTIOUS will be Breakin' it down with diverse breaks & beats as gritty heavyweight breaks are forged with electrotech sonic manipulation and bump & funk solid groove breaks molded with dubbed out riddims through the residents and very special guest DJ's.
INFECTIOUS celebrated its first birthday with the massive
ELITE FORCE in attendance behind the decks to join an already impressive guest DJ list including acts such as
30Hz, SAM HELL, Breakspoll winners
PLAZA DE FUNK and
The ROGUE ELEMENT. Now in its second year, we have already featured in 2009
AFGHAN HEADSPIN alongside the likes of
OLLSPIN, MOBIUS, RAPID & GAV RAVENOUS and others...
