WEnt last night with 6 mates from back in the day expecting to hear decent music. How wrong could we have been. Ive been before and its been really good but last nite was absolute abortion. All the good tracks played were ruined by djs that dont know how to use the pitch control or how to use 2 decks together. Mixing is not actually that difficult but the DJ's either didnt bother to mix or fucked it up when they tried. It was shocking to hear bearing in mind many people paid in good faith expecting to hear good tracks mixed well. We all left after less than 3 hours and travelled a long way to do so and forked out for a hotel. In that period a number of tracks were played more than once with one track being played about 15 mins after it was first played. To be honest it was totally taking the piss !!!! I am not being overly fussy but having been going out since 88 and enjoying Promised Land before we expected a lot better. What a complete fuck up !!!!

As for the MC - "Oggy Oggy Oggy - Oi Oi Oi" - thats holiday camp fucking bollocks.
