I thought the night was a joke. How embarrising. Call yourself promoters?? The whole thing was really badly organised, starting with the fact that we had the wrong tickets and had to swap them in order to gain entry. And what an earth was going on with the bar? What a joke....45 mins? I felt so sorry for your poor bar staff...they should be given a bonus for how hard they worked...but clearly you're far too tight fisted for that. Won't be going again.

Hi Sarah Redvelvet brand has been on the club scene for the last 8 years and gone from strenth to strenth regarding our launch night at The indigo2 4 weeks before our event i stated to the venue that i would like 20 bar staff on the main down stairs bar, 6 bar staff on the side, bar 6 bar staff in the vip plus 4 waitress i paid for these staff upfront in with the venue hire. I am just as upset as you was reagrding this problem and this is being looked in to on why i was not supplied the correct staffing levels from Indigo2.

Kind Regards

Jimmy

I agree, night was a let down, first of all got chucked out the que for being under 21, which we wasnt told when buying tickets, then as soon as the police cleared off they finally let us in! Then the ques for the bar, and then some pikey stole all my belongings!! wont be going again!! also if anyone found a pair of car keys with pacha cherrys on can they reply to this message, also lost a purse and about £70 worth of chanel make-up, what a great night thanks red velvet!!

I dont want to stick my 2p's worth in, but I was present at the night and so think I can make a valid contribution to the thread.

I think the majority of people who have been to any red velvet event within the last 8 years would agree, that the promoters themselves always strive to maintain the highest of standards for the enjoyment of their clientele who attend. Certain factors, no matter how much effort or preperation is dedicated towards the event, are not always under the control of a promoter. Knowing their proffesionalism, I have every confidence in the guys at Red Velvet investigating certain issues and corresponding with the club to find out why certain areas fell short of RVs usual very high standards. In my opinion, compared to a large proportion of promoters I have worked with, they are head and shoulders above the rest and I'm sure they are working hard to address some of the concerns that have been voiced. The last thing RV would have wanted to do is disgruntle any of its fantastic client base. Personally, I'd be inclined to give them time and let them look into it.

im not saying its all their fault but they could of done more to prevent it, like maybe more security, no bouncer even broke the fight up, maybe if they had seen the fight brake out and stopped it, i wouldnt of had my stuff stolen!
