curious as to what settings you were using when you took this....??

the strobe lighting in the room gave the photo it's movement effect....as for settings I experiment depending on the the lighting in the room at the time and the effect I'm after....with strobes it's usually best to make sure the flash from the camera gives more light on the subject than the strobe flashes....which depends how far away the strobe is from the subject as the strobe works like an extra flash or flashes if your using a long exposure time.Sometimes it works....sometimes it doesn't ...
