Sexy Chocolate Promotions - House Music With Soul Ever since its inception in 2002, Sexy Chocolate events have been consistently providing House Music to the more discerning clubber. Born through a love of all things House but focussed on the truly soulful and deep elements, Sexy Chocolate balances its sound with new un-tested releases, proper classics and undiscovered gems; "We're all about the right music at the right time and won't play a record for the sake of it - it has to work on the floor" explains Stuart Peeters a co-founder of Sexy Chocolate. Not simply content with organising, promoting and playing at Sexy Chocolate events, the crew regularly create mix CD's that are given away free during the course of the night. "It's our way of giving back something to the people who support us." says Yorkie. Sexy Chocolate is made up of the three seasoned DJ's / clubbers / promoters that are Stuart Peeters, Jim Labisko and Yorkie. All of them can vouch for a wealth of experience gained across clubland through DJ'ing and promoting that dates back far too long - suffice to say they have worked in or for venues all over the UK including the Ministry of Sound, Turnmills and Moneypennys and also across the globe in India, Bulgaria and of course Ibiza. To get an idea of the music you will hear at a Sexy Chocolate event, it helps to know some of their influences past and present. These include legendary DJ's, producers and artistes like Masters at Work, Tony Humphries, Mood II Swing, Kerri Chandler, Barbara Tucker, Kim English, Frankie Knuckles, CJ Mackintosh and Todd Terry, as well as more recent talents such as Mark Farina, Franck Roger, Vikter Duplaix, Davidson Ospina, Jay-J, Miguel Migs, Dennis Ferrer and Mr. V. In short, at any Sexy Chocolate event, you are promised quality House music from people who truly care about it.
