Spectrum's May Day Birmingham Bonanza

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are very pleased to announce an event of epic proportion. Three months after the last Spectrum club show in Birmingham, we return with a line up that is going to blow your socks off, as we make our debut at Air Nightclub!

Headlining as part of his next UK tour is the dance music phenomenon that is DEADMAU5. Recently landing at 11 in the DJ Mag top 100, 2008 proved to be a spectacular year for the Canadian, aka Joel Zimmerman. His broad ranging productions are played out by every major player in the industry, his live performances guaranteed huge sell out shows right across the globe as well as an appearance on Radio 1’s Essential Mix and worldwide mayhem and hysteria.

The rest of line up is certain impressive too. The kings of the breakbeat PLUMP DJs make a welcome return to the West Midlands, as do the UTAH SAINTS who are still riding high off the success of the remake of their own nineties classic, Something Good. Dutch drum and bass act NOISIA add their own techy electronic breaks and drum n bass to the line up.

Finishing off the bill, Spectrum regulars MICKY SLIM and PETE JORDAN continue the rich vein of quality that runs through Spectrum numerous regular events and festival appearances across the UK and Europe. This event is bound to be one of the 2009 highlights!!
