Oi, Oi, was you ever one of the Strawberry Sundae regulars or ever experienced a night at Strawberry Sundae (Vauxhall) or even before at Drury Lane?? This forum is for you :) I first went to Strawberry Sundae when it was in the back arch (now Crash) at Vauxhall around 95-96. I was also at the opening party for Cloud 9 on NYE. Not sure of the year about '97. The queues used to be massive (I am glad I never queued) Definately the best club to be in LOndon at the time if you did not mind coming out covered in sweat and slime from the railway arch walls. I managed to get my best friend Damon in at Cloud 9 from the start supplying all the lighting and lasers. That was my passport to free admission, un-limited guest list and free beer all night. Cheers Conan! What a unique club that was! A great night, a great venue. A sanctuary for all the nutters who did not fit in at normal clubs (maybe I am just speaking about myself) How many of you are still clubbing??
