may not work but a pertition with signatures given to the Fareham council saying " LET US FUCKIN PARTY" might work!!! Obviously toned down and prettyed up a bit, who's with me!!!

I think it maybe something to do with Hampshire Cunty Council rather then the borough so i've heard - have to find out whom. Petition is a good idea.
