I am in love with Tim's witty repartee (ed: schurely reparty). I would like to apply for the job of Wotsit Valet post-post-haste!

thanks to all who got involved.

I can wangle some reduced/guaranteed entry places for the special people if you PM me.

I'm glad this sparkly new professional website took the interview instead of DSI. Great lads but shame they disappeared they were such hard workers ;)

JET-BOY: Is ken dodds dads dog dead?

I'm sorry, in the preposterous absence of apostrophes I don't understand that at all. I do believe you've invented a new tense Harvey. Past-future-morbid-infinitive.

- hahahahah

I hope people appreciate for the purpose of this piece and as a great favour to my chums at DSI's submerged evil command centre I took on the role of pedantic knobhead for the purposes of entertainment only.

As a disclaimer I'd like to say please don't expect me to be amusing or coherent in 'real' life.

Or to talk.

Or to acknowledge your existence.

;)

(kidding, come say hello at Matter)

Tim, I'd just like to say I have read 1984, though it may have been about 25 years ago. But, yes, I got it. If you haven'y read it already, may I recommend David Mitchell's Cloud Atas, it explores similar themes about power, control and freedom, but it's not communism under attack...

oh aye there are lots of great dystopian books I just meant it was interesting that Orwell meant it to satirise Communism but in fact it reads more like a comment on today's society. I agree about Mitchell Mandy.

anyone who has a few mates who are skint I have an idea about Matter this sat.

go to this link

ticketweb.co.uk

and where it asks for the secret promo code enter the phrase : DISCODAMAGED

and it's a guaranteed £6 knock down entry ticket, secure through the Matter system.
