The next installment from Fireball recordings comes from label manager Ben Stevens on the A-Side & a collaboration from Sundissential regulars Damage & Narkotique. Both of the tracks have been featured on the Tidy Weekender 14 live CD's & have been doing the rounds for a few months now.

'Frequency Response' shows Ben's love for all things hard with fast percussion, a massive bassline & one almighty riff. The track pumps along with clever key changes keeping the listener hooked. A clever uplifting riff takes the track into the break & a new screaming hard riff powers the track once it kicks back in. This one is for the harder dance-floors.

'Better Watch Out' is a much more hard trance affair with looped vocals, a driving bass & more trance based stabs working together in the track. A quality uplifting riff is the order of the day & after the break key changes & extra riffs keep the track pounding on until the end.

'Frequency Response' is a throwback to the glory days of UK hard house as raw energy, hooky elements and professtional production techniques combine to create a real powerhouse cut. By the time the track reaches its peak, edgy sawing synth lines are slicing in & out of soaring hard trance riffs & crowd hyping 'music takes me higher' vocals to send the dancefloor into an uncontrollable frenzy. Also on offer is the equally epic & energetic 'Better Watch Out' by Ben Stevens vs Damage & Narkotique. One of the standout hard house releases of the year so far.
