We’ve only just recovered from a grueling weekend of ‘work’ at ADE, which took place 21st- 24th October.

In between conferences we filled our empty work diaries with some world’s biggest and best DJs such as Fatboy Slim, Simian Mobile Disco, Sven Väth, David Guetta, Chase and Status, Armin van Buuren, Steve Lawler, Tiefschwarz, Chris Liebing, François K and Pendulum.

Got the post summer blues and a few bob to spare? Get yourself over to Brazil for XXXperience, who are celebrating 13 years of festivalling on November 14th.

Held in the countryside a couple of hours away from Sao Paulo, the festival will host names like Booka Shade, Ellen Allien, M.A.N.D.Y, Gui Boratto, Oliver Huntemann, Stephan Bodzin and Adam Freeland.

And what’s more, since the launch of Mixmag in Brazil, those welcoming Brazilians have asked us to host our very own tent. Needless to say, we accepted pretty swiftly.

On his recent North America tour Might Knight squeezed five shows into five days.

He played in Vegas, Denver, El Paso, Miami and Toronto, including an eight hour set on the Space terrace in Miami and at Government's 15th Birthday celebrations in Toronto.

Goodgreef is of course celebrating its ninth birthday this month with a huge party at Nation in Liverpool on Saturday November 21.

On the night you'll find John O'Callghan, Guisepe Ottaviani, Menno de Jong, Jordan Suckley, Lisa Lashes, Zany, Mark EG, Organ Donors plus a host of Future Heroes.

Everyone's favourite snowboarding/parties combo is back in 2010 and they've got a line-up longer than an Olympic toboggan run.

At next year's event, running from Monday April 5 - Saturday April 10 they've got live music from Editors, Doves, The Enemy, Friendly Fires, De La Soul, Dan Le Sac, Vitalic and The Cuban Brothers.

DJ sets will come from Andy C, Scratch Perverts, James Zabiela, Slam, Fake Blood, Sub Focus, PLump DJs, Yoda, Brodinski, Alix Perez and numerous more.

We've stumbled upon this pic of Danny Rampling promoting a design and building firm.

The ex-Radio 1 DJ, who famously quit DJing in 2004 then started again three years later, is spotted modeling a builders jacket and hard-hat.

Danny, who has always been into house, is a founder of the company that creates Carbon Neutral, Carbon Reductive, eco-friendly builds.

He is introduced on the website as 'a household name in the UK' and modestly says "When I brought the house music scene to the UK two decades ago I was at the forefront of a movement that united millions of people in a very positive way. I see parallels of this in today’s world where global challenges such as climate change are catalysing the same sense of, 'we are all in this together'".
