innit!!! would be my 5th year out there, to be honest my Sanity is struggling and i need a relaxing holiday not a full on week on the white isle and then a week off to recover, i think i gonna save it for a big blow out next year.... last years holiday knocked me for 6 when i got back lol, must be gettin past my rave by date PSML!!!

INNIT!!! i only had 2 weekends this year were i havent been DJ'in and its all catchin up with me lol, workin mon-fri and then Playin at weekends has wrecked my body clock, need to charge the ole batteries back up and do a LARGE one next year

I've had insomnia since 2005 fella, body clock well and truly screwed...as long as I don't sleep Saturday night then I sleep ok Sunday night... if I stay in Saturday then I don't sleep Sunday. Always make Monday mornings that much better!

I'm sure none of us will be bothering with much of the sleep lark in beefa fo sure.
