Ibizas magic candle will finally be extinguished come 11th October until next summer. We were there for the opening & of course for our yearly end of season amazing SP @ Bora Bora, which to be honest had 'wash-out' written all over it due to the weather! Many friends who were already out there (waiting for SP to arrive) texted us 24hrs before the gig telling us to bring our wellies!

But we werent that bothered, whatever the weather we knew we would save the day at Bora Bora come rain or shine! But low & behold... I kid you not as soon as we set foot in Bora-Bora the sun broke through for the first time in a week. From the moment Chris & Ray put on their first record to Mattys final track at the end of the day, it was non-stop SP magic at its best... and quite possibly the best SP @ Bora ever!

So whats the plan now Ibiza is over... we plan to continue the madness and theres no better london venue than Scala to recreate the vibe felt at Space / Amnesia etc for that large open club feel. Our Ibiza Reunion line-up is pure class & unique to SP with resident Djs from Bora-Bora, Space, Mambo, El Divino & Priviledge. These Djs have been in Ibiza all seaon playing up to 10hrs each day!! Can you imagine the experience they have, ready to unleash on the SP family! Top that with SPs full on production/dancers/percussion/fx and more. So whats new this month?...

Starting with the first room, changing the dynamics of the room yet again, we?ll be moving the position of the Dj booth to a more intimate position & enforcing a funky house & club classics music policy, for all of you who have been crying out for this. Djs gracing the decks in this room will be birthday boy Groove Establishment, Peter Dee, Ramone, Chris Biscuit, Rob White & more.

The second floor (main room) starts the night with a live PA (10pm ? 12.30am) by BASE MOSQUITO. Base Mosquito use live productions, keyboards, flute, vocals, percussion, cutting edge effects and the latest technology to screw the minds of their audience. Ret (live production, key boards, flute effects, backing vocals), Jules (vocals, effects, samples) and Jay (percussion) tailor each unique experience according to time, location, ambience and crowd reaction to send intense musical energy to the very souls of their audience.

Following Base Mosquito?s live performance, steps in THE IBIZA LEGENDSs, starting with Mambo resident PAUL DAREY. PAUL has been DJ?ing for over 15 years and he has held residencies everywhere from New York to Barcelona to the legendary CAFE MAMBO in Ibiza. Having been an Ibiza favorite for many years, he has played alongside some of the biggest names in House Music including Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, David Morales, Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong etc, in Ibiza?s best clubs Space, Pacha, El Divino etc.

Following on from PAUL DAREY is SP favorite ALEX MILES. Alex completed his 5th year as resident Dj at BORA-BORA this year, as well as continued residencies at Salvacion El Divino, Xtravaganza Privilege and guest spots at numerous other parties around the Island. Amongst all this he somehow managed to squeeze into his packed schedule weekend gigs around the world in places like Serbia, Italy, Norway, Bali and Abu Dhabi to name just a few.

Joining ALEX MILES is PRIVILEGE and EL DIVINO resident DAVID HERERRA. David has become one of Spain?s best known exports, over the years he has played in every super club in Ibiza alongside some of the biggest names. Like Paul Darey & Alex Miles he has also played around the world at some of the world?s most desirable clubs.

Backing up the Ibiza legends are SP?s long standing & ever loyal resident Djs CARLOS FRANCISCO, MATTY WELLS and not forgetting TRACE on his percussion/fx and the super sexy SP dancers.

Moving upstairs to the Glass Room, you?ll find Upfront House in its purest form, brought to you by 3D music, Stevie T, Master G, Lee Rands & Chrissy Maranello.

Following the red stairs up to its final floor (4th floor), you?ll find yourself in another vast space which has yet to be chrissened by the SP crowd. This room will feature ?all things House? brought to you by Dj Jason Chance, Twisted Sounds, Jimmy Lee & John Slater.

Four rooms to play with, each with its own ambience, most definitely something for everyone!

You know that.... it was surreal!!!!!!... they get better every year Trace..... I went a lot of underground parties all over Beefa dat wknd.... (had enuff of da commercial clubs)
SP @ Bora Bora was untouchable.
