The head of Circo Loco, Andrea Pelino, has defended the reopening of DC10 in the face of internet rumours saying the party wont happen.

Speaking on his Facebook page, Andrea has said "I just saw around some forum that people are talking about DC10 opening with no idea what the licensing issues are about. Some of them are writing that the police will close the club during the day."

"After all that we went through to reopen it I can guarantee this is not true in any kind of way and we are tired to read this kind of news from people that no have nothing to do with us. I take the responsibility to guarantee this party 100% safe like the classic DC10 closing in the past have always been."

DC10 is due to open on October 6 at midday. A secret beach party will take place the following day at midday.
