Bein from Merseyside I felt like I had to atlest go to this terrible night and witness it for all its terror. Went last year to it and to be fair it was alright last year. After goin to clubs like pacha,space,el Divino and dc10 u cant help but feel ur taken a step bk coming to this dive in the first place. It might aswell be right in the middle of the west end.
Full of weapons who dont know how to party, just stand there movin their feet and snarling.
U cant argue with the price to get in but i prefer the prices to be higher as it stops pisshead chavs from goin.
Music was terrible, dave booth was shit on the decks(as always). Gave my camera to some1 in the dj box to take a pic of the club and the muppet thought it was hilerous to start takin pics of every1 in the box and use my last 12 photos up.
Listen if i wanted pictures of Dave Booth I would go to Garlands by ours and take pictures of the fat cunt.

you only go to garlands if you decide one night your getting wrecked behond belief and not going there for the place, even tho, when i went there it was a bit of a shame, the dj couldnt mix, my gran could have done a better job, oh and when they played love shack in the main room , and then the fucking darkness in the other room that really drew the line!!

everyone knows u don't go to garlands in ibiza to hear the best dj's play cuz they don't its where u go when your drunk and dance to something like some take that remix its fun if u don't go there all serious

i was there then and i agree garlans was the worst night i had in ibiza, left after about an hour its better in liverpool, eden is shit the people in there are shit and it is a wank atmosphere, all in all a crap night will never go again while in ibiza stick to space, dc10, bora bora and there is a few good nightso on at amnesia like cocoon n made in italy samurai tech house nights dirty!!!!!!!!!

i agree dc10 is wicked its just a shame that places like that and made in italy are nowadays full of people who read in mixmag its cool to go to who don't actually get it and just go there to be seen but thats one thing u don't get at garlands no one cares and has fun!

no because people go to dc10 n space because they love the music not because they read that it is good garlands in liverpool aint that bad i agree but in eden it was terrible not the same. thing is with garlands that the music isnt as good as dc10 or space. depends wot u r into i suppose.

I thought that Garlands was a wicked night and a pleasant change to other nights on the Island. It's fun, it's silly and you actually have a laugh. If you've done Pacha on the Saturday night, Space on Sunday, DC10 on Monday followed by Manumission and then Space Carry-On Tuesday, by the Wednesday it's just what you need.

i agree tod-el-toro garlands was wicked!!! It was a nite to dress up, get wrecked and hav a laugh! One for the workers!!! Especially the garlands parade - miss you guys!!!

I worked in ibiza in 2002 when Garlands held themed workers parties every 3 weeks at secret locations. Wig and glasses party at the Bahia hotel, an outrageous hat party at Kanya, pirates at Bora Bora, a pujama party and then to beat the lot was the legendary white party at space.

The workers know how to party and have fun. It's a shame that some others take it too seriously.

nothing like a free party if u got ure wits about u. if u wanna get messy u know u go garlands I’ve seen that many people carted of in ambulances its unbelievable a specially as disco hospital was 2004 if u want pasha well go on then but that’s completely different. what garlands Ibiza and now to a certain extent dc10 offers is an unpretentious and extremely fcuked up evening the same and glorious night we all had when we first got into the game down the local club! Sorted …… roll on 2006……
