Jetting off in the early hours of Friday 21st July, Kriss Darang and Jnr J are off to rock the white Isle. Trading the unpredictable weather and the city lights of London for the sun, sea, sand and clubs of Ibiza.

Just the One? residents Kriss Darang, Jnr J and Lisa Loud, grace the decks of El Divino on Tuesday 25th July alongside one of the Islands most popular and influential DJs Tim Sheridan, and a few of El Divino’s Residents.

A little about Tim Sheridan …

Tim has been a DJ and performer since 1985 working originally with the Utah Saints, who gave him his first break. Then regularly worldwide but particularly at Back to Basics (UK), Cream (UK), Fabric (UK), AKA/The End (UK) HQ/Spirit (Dublin), Space (Ibiza) and along with Steve Lawler he was the weekly resident at Home in London's Leicester Square. He was the first DJ to play officially at Glastonbury and then onto all other UK festivals and has done since at every one, every year. He is the dj of choice for industry events and his band Dope Smugglaz have been number one in the UK dance charts and one of the few acts to cross the tightly policed commercial/underground boundaries. For the UK's one and only Love Parade (the largest outdoor event attendance in the UK ) Tim played the first and last record and Dope Smugglaz were the only live act to perform, a day still held by Tim to be his best. His essential mix for Radio One during his Dope Smugglaz period gained the most enquires ever to reach essential mix producers Wise Buddah at that time.

He was the first new resident for Manumission since Smokin Jo was taken on board 5 years ago and the first DJ ever they have flown in weekly. Along with Har Mar Superstar he hosted 'The Music Box' for Manumission to oversee their transformation into a modern sounding club. During that special year he played back to back with the legendary Alfredo on the Space Terrace weekly. Danny Tenaglia, Smokin Jo and Junior Sanchez also played back to back with Tim that summer. It is believed Tim is the only DJ to have played back to back with Tenaglia. New Stars like Audio Bully's, Ivan Smagghe, The Rapture, Fat Truckers, Ewan Pearson, Blackstrobe, Justin Robertson, Jaques Lu Cont and DJ's Not Rockstars also joined Tim on the decks in Ibiza and he also enjoys a great relationship with Bora Bora (Ibiza). In Partnership with GoingGreen, Pioneer, Vestax, Shure and JBL he designed and operated his 'Underground 2003' mobile sound system at various locations in Ibiza with particular emphasis on the DC10 closing after party in Can Tomas which has now passed into legend.

This night at El Divino is presented by Penetra, a night that will combine the best parties from around the globe from Barcelona to Istanbul, from New York to London.
On Tuesday 25th Penetra is joined by the clubbing capital of the world, London; a city that never sleeps, with parties that never end in a scene that never stops.

Also on the Island...

Before the party at El Divino Kicks off on the 25th Kriss and Jnr will be playing at Orange Corner in San Antonio. Starting at 8pm, Kriss and Jnr join Grant Richards and Nicky Marchmant for a House FM and Uphonic Records Party.

The boys will also be playing on Ibiza Global Radio 97.6 for an hour or so from 7pm – 10pm

Kriss and Jnr will also be playing for ElectricSex at one of their legendary cave parties. We would love to tell you all the details but this is kept very ‘hush-hush’ until an hour or so before the start.

Production

Hot on the heels of the success of their Debut track ‘Twisted’ the boys are set to release the follow up ‘Sweaty Bitch’ later this year. The track only being completed two weeks ago and being played out only four times, the boys are pleased with its pre released success. Dropping the track into their sets at Subliminal in June and at Unique Music this month, this track had clubbers dancing their a*ses off.

Just the One?

Over the last two years Just the One? has grown from it’s humble beginnings in the Deep Blue rooms of seOne London for 350 clubbers to now the dizzy heights of El Divino, Ibiza.
Back in Janurary, Kriss Darang and Lisa Loud took JTO on its first ventures abroad. rocking the Gecko Club in Koh Samui, Thailand. Only a few weeks before, Danny Rampling’s last ever set took place on that now hallow pair of 1210’s.
One month ago Just the One celebrated its second Birthday with a return visit from Gary Gecko with special guests Gary Gecko, Barry Ashworth and Clive Henry to name a few.

Just the One? returns to the seOne Club and its London residency with an exclusive tour date of back2basics coming to the capital and a very special international artist.
