The Hed Kandi nite at El Divino is the last oasis of funkyness in the desert of Minimal & Techno that is Ibiza right now.

Great tunes and an awesome venue. Drinks prices are insane (Beer €10, RB&V you don't wanna know), but with no searches on the door, you could probably smuggle a small bottle of vodka in there without too many problems!

Was out on my own that night, so didn't stay for that long. Did any DSI'ers stay until the end? What were the tunes like later on?

I went to it last year, fuck knows why. It's the worst club and night on the whole island IMO.

And it's full of fucking idiots and there's only one toilet.

Each to his own, I guess. I was there on my own (was out in Ibiza with the g/f, who isn't into clubbing). I just went for the music really. Didn't notice any problem with the toilets.

No worries mate. I gotta say, my friends & I do slightly prefer El Div to Pacha & Space, but all three suffer from overpriced entry and crazy drinks prices. Maybe there are better funky house nights at Ibiza's smaller clubs (like Diva?) but these aren't that well publicised.

Well, I walked straight in and I didn't see anyone else get searched either. I wish I'd have taken some voddy in with me. Might have been able to stay longer.

I went on Saturday 7 July - music was fantastic. Loads of old funky tunes, proper Hed Kandi style. Stayed until 7am - DJ managed to play another couple but was finished by 7.15am. Still wanted to carry on so went onto Space!! spent about 200 euros but had a wicked night. best night out that so far ,.,,,,

It was awsome! personally i always have my best night there in Ibiza. But thats cos i love the Hed Kandi style. I left at 5.30 but only cos my feet were hurting so much from non stop dancing. It was still heaving then.
might try an get out for the closing party . . . !
