Under occupancy rates does not mean extra on top of your holiday don’t worry. The price you pay IE £319 is the full price you pay, under occupany is just the break down of the room prices. If you want a 2 person room there are limited numbers, but they will be part of the same hotel but across the road (in the same road). This means you can still use all the facilitys of the main hotel.
