I was dying a death after a heavy week of work and play so there would not have been many things that would keep me moving - fortunately for Goldie; D&B was one of them!

We managed to get in to space just as Goldie was starting and I could hear the rolling beats from the front door. I was expecting the usual one hour set of D&B amongst the techno and house but we were dancing like soldiers for a full two hours!

Carl Cox and his team are the only promoters brave enough (and big enough) to bring really different sounds to Ibiza and the only disappointing thing is that the guests often try to tone it down a bit and conform with what they think is the ibiza sound. Thankfully Goldie ignored all of this and it was a very upfront set. Don't get me wrong; I love the D&B anthems but it was great to see everyone getting down to some relatively unknown tunes.

The terrace was full by the end of his set and there was a mass exodus when the Drum & Bass finished - surely a good indication to the powers that be for next year. Fingers crossed for some more quality guests from Carl Cox in 2008!

Let's hope LTJ Bukem and DJ Marky are just as impressive......

An amazing event! we got in the main room for about 12.30 and the fat boy fat was rocking it, we were met with a solid wall of people right up to the back of the room, after focusing our minds and elbows we battled our way into the middle, then reamained there till we left, with a few brief drink breaks :O) This was the first time i´ve been back into space for about 2-3 years and although its lost some elements i liked, its gained as well! The event and space deserve that name, as it truely is the king of clubs!

Carl cox is a hero of dance music! Period!

GOLDIE SMASHED IT! Best night of my holiday, he was da DOGS BOLLOCKS! And yeah, Carl Cox was immense as well! England is shite, i miss dat place....
