Saturday 2nd December, Doors 11pm. We’ve got the first lady of hard dance to make your night one to remember as Lisa Lashes headlines Viva. She is not only one of the biggest DJs on the planet but also one of the best female players there is, bringing her relentless dirty style injected with some fun beats on the dance floor. Lisa is in huge global demand and we are very proud to welcome her back to Aberdeen! Supporting Lisa is Ivy resident Cheynie, who is undoubtedly one of the most talented and technical DJ's in Scotland. His scratching, use of EFX and vinyl and CDJ trickery is second to none and he can really get the Ivy party pumping. We are happy to give our friends the disfunktiondjs(.com), Kev and Trigo the opportunity to host the back room. These guys really know how to pump the party with their latest toys and tunes on the PC, decks and CDJ's and are responsible for some of the most bizarre Ivy party moments ever, including getting a full house at 10am on a snowy morning in a castle in the middle of the highlands. And the venue, well Eddie Halliwell rated it as the best place to play in Aberdeen, those of you who were in when he played last year will know why he rates it. Although we now have larger capacity than when Eddie played, the new capacity is still considerably less than the number of you that turn up when Lisa normally plays for us, so it is recommended you buy advance tickets.
