all i can add is stars for spotting:

1 star = 10 people introduced
2 stars = 30 people (cheers Sara!)
3 stars = 100 people
4 stars = 250 people
5 stars = 500 people

im suprised though that u get the chatterbox icon after having chatted a lot in the chat room, cos I rarely did, i thought it was once you had posted 100 messages.
