I think its from riding my bike.

That's very similar to one I have often. All of a sudden though the ability to fly goes away. Strange one but good fun.

I think that may be common, I have the same dream, i lift my legs and kind of float along, rather than fly, and i can jump and stay in the air for about 30 seconds.
