ive been a dj for 14 years , i have worked in all the major venues around the south coast and have djs with amazing headline djs , and im telling you kate lawler is a novelty dj !! would you have booked if she hadnt been on big brother , would people go and see her if she wasnt on big brother?? no they fucking wouldnt !! stop trying to defend you being lazy booking a shit dj just becuase she was on tv !! i can think of hundreds of djs ten times better that you could of booked for the same money so dont give me all that bollox that shes an amzing dj she is at best mediocre !!! ,
the other bookings you have for your night are good acts , i just get sick and tired of celeb djs cashing in on something that they havent worked at to become good at , kate lawler got fuck all work before she was on big brother , and she cashed in on the show ,
i and many other djs have started from the bottom slogged our guts out going from one record shop to another trying to find quality tracks to get noticed and developed my skills as a dj , worked for nothing and eventually got to do big gigs , what the fuck did she do ??? went on a shit reality program and then a awful brekfast show when that didnt work out , she thought ... i know ill cash in on the dj thing as club promoters know fuck all about good djs and they will book me as i will pull gullible punters in !!

not really i jus read what people had put about me knowing nothing about djing and club nights and wanted to put some people straight , let them know they are not just talking to some 18 year old who has just been clubbing for the first time ,
ive put on cheesy nights before for clubs down here for the students booking cheesy acts like timmy mallet , pat sharpe and we had kate lawler on the roster for the events , along with other big brother idiots , we never acted like we were booking her for anything other than the fact that she was on big brother and had been in some lad mags , shes a novelty act adn should onyl work in luminar venues or student nights not on propewr club nights !!!
