Bionic @ WestFest 2011 The Houser Review!! =p

I've been to Bionic @ WestFest every year between 2006 - 2009 but missed 2010 but returned in 2011, there's a few reason's why i missed last years and nearlly this years as basicially hate the trek there and back is main reason lol =p After returning this year after a years gap i can see why missed last years and after this years i can see why i missed going last year lol =p

For the 1st time ever!! We got to the venue easy peasy as had sat nav lol =p

8 - 9. Wragg & Log:One Vs Iain Cross

Got to the Bionic Cowshed just as these guys were finishing there set so can't comment really apart from the crowd gave them a good round of applause.

9 - 10.30. John The Baptist & DJ Chuck-E Vs Shock:Force

Gotta say that when i heard about this 4 way i was like what!!?? Yea the boath pairs boath play hardtrance but there boath different though!!?? But fairplay it worked, best way i can describe this set is like this. It was like Freddy Vs Jason ie half the time in that movie you think your watching An Elm Street Movie & then the other half of the time you think your watching a Friday the 13th Movie ie the best of boath worlds you got in that movie just like you get the best of boath worlds of hardtrance in this set, all 4 played a track each here's a few i can remember, Mutation T-U-N-E-! We Are Not Alone, Bionic Decade Anthem JTB & Chuck-E Remix, Time, Ratty Shock:Force remixes and loads more with new bits i aint heard aswell. Top Set =)

10.30 - 11.30. Mark EG

Only caught a bit of this set as went for a wander and a breath of fresh air but what little i heard of it, it sounded a typical Mark EG Set ie Mental =p

11.30 - 12.30. Brian M Vs McBunn.

They mostlly played new tracks which a few was there's like The Dub We Play, Skydive, with a bit of CDJ Scratching from Mr Bunn, stand out T-U-N-E-! For me was Critical Mass - Burning Love - DJ Viper Remix. Top Set =)

12.30 - 3.30.

Only caught bits of Tatanka, Bio-Weapon, Coone, Daniele Mondello & Express Viviana With MC Shocker (On The Main Stage)

All sounded wicked espicially when Tatanka dropped that Wake Up track, Coone Dropped his T-U-N-E-! Travelling =) Bio-Weapon dropping Toca's Miracle & One =)

3.30 - 4.30. Cally & Juice

Some nice CDJ Scractching from Mr Cally and they boath dropped some top bangers like there new track with digital junkies and natski on vocals keep watching the skies T-U-N-E-! (Im guessing there remix!!??) of Swedish House Maffia - Save The World & many more in a Top Set =)

4.30 - 5.15. Frisky

I thought she played for an hour? Or have i messed the set times up slightly for the night? Be she played for an hour or 45 minutes? Either way Miss Frisky played a Top Set =) Dropping T-U-N-E-S-! Like Make It Fucking Louder (remix) A new remix of the track that goes 4 thousand miles on a jet airoplane go outta your mind go INSANE!!!!!!! (Could someone pretty please track id that and the next 1 please) The One with the V Sample in it where Anna says We are at peace allways =) D-Block & S-Te-Fan - Show Me The Way, Critical Mass - Burning Love - DJ Viper Remix & Loads more top bangers in My Personal Fave Set on the Night =)

5.15 - 6. Swankie & Kashi

Only heard a bit of this set but what little i heard sounded banging, Top Set Like =)

Hosted By MC Shocker

Top Hosting as usual dude =)

After leaving the venue we walked up the wrong exit and ended up with the coaches!!?? Then after reliseing that the car park is all the way back down there i turned round in the middle of a dark field and nearlly broke my legs (would have probally if i did totally loose my balance) as walked straight into what i can only describe as a mobile cattle grid!!?? Then nearly broke my arm then on the fence walking through the sea of people going to the coach park whilst we were walking the opisate direction to them back to the car park, i steped over a breeze block that was holding up the fence and one bit of the fence hit my arm a little hard as was walking back through the crowd. Then couldn't find the car in the car park. Then after leaveing the venue i thought nah i don't need the sat nav to get back home as the tricky part is getting there and the easy part is getting home!! haha how wrong i was as i did exatacally the same thing i did 2 years ago and took the wrong turn off which took me in a circle back to the wrong turn off and then took the right turn off then and then got back tidy then with my directional skills lol =p

Top Night =)

Now Roll On Bionic Classix This Friday OI OI =)
