Catch Trade resident Pete Wardman in Birmingham this Bank Holiday Monday 25th May

SCARLETS

With that summer feeling in the air and hot weather slowly creeping in we thought it time to put all the politics aside and launch our Summer Sessions and hopefully be the start to a summer of love. Last Sunday we met with Tony from Shine, aired our differences and are friends once again. Now we can look forward to a much brighter future.

Having listened to many of your thoughts and opinions and with the scene struggling as it is competition is only going to cause a divide and split the Hard House clubbing world in two. Therefore, we have decided to Start our Sleep Walk event at Midday on Bank Holiday Monday 25th May which will run till the early evening. So for those wanting to go home and freshen up after Polysexual or the hardcore that will still be stomping there feet after Hellbound vs. D-Railed, Sleep Walk has one monster of a line up that will suit all your bank holiday needs.

We are extremely please to announce that Headlining this event will be one the true legends of Hard House who will surly go down in history with the likes of Tony De Vit, Mr Pete Wardman. As Trade resident and Hard House veteran Pete has been instrumental in shaping the Hard House scene as we know it today. Having featured on BBC Radios One’s Essential Mix in the late 1990’s Pete help to bring through the tougher harder sound to house music and made it accessible to a wider audience. This helped a much loved underground sound to grow overnight. After taking a back seat for a short time Pete’s name was once again brought to the tips of many tongs after an Astonishing performance at The TDV celebration last year. Since then he has featured as on some of the biggest bills this year for Tidy Magna and Xstatic to name just a couple. Pete is also currently resident for three of London's biggest underground events, Trade, Party Proactive and Hook'd.

Also featuring will be Toolbox’s Tim Stokes who is back for another Sleep Walk outing. E:volve’s Alex Towse, our resident and Requiem main man Dave Curtis, Turn It Up’s Sumbo. Dixie will also be back and we’ll be celebrating his birthday in fine form. All these will be along side some of the scenes fresh faces in The Cyber Scotsman, Joe Masini and Adam Micheals. All I’m sure will have you rocking your bodies to the summer beats.

Also we will soon be uploading a Pete Wardman mix for your listening pleasure and giving away my exclusive Tony De Vit Tribute mix with full artwork to the first 50 people through the door on Monday 25th May. Taking all this into consideration makes this a perfect way to spend you Bank Holiday Monday.
