January 2006... It's such a dull month. Outside is cold and miserable. The wind whispers through the trees and the grey clouds look ready to explode at any point with torrential rain.

The weather tries it's hardest to dampen our spirits, but they are no doubt all ready bruised by resolutions we have made and broke in the last week. But take comfort in the fact that everyone feels the same and those who have still maintained diets, lack of smoking, drinking less or more alcohol, well I congratulate you... But I ask are you happier?
