Launching on Friday 23rd October, we invite you to join us on the dance floor in the perfect intimate setting of a loft space above The Cross in Moseley. After all it was David Mancuso’s legendary invite only parties at his home, known simply as ‘The Loft’, which attracted a diverse cross-section of music lovers and dancers and ultimately inspired the entire disco scene. Isle Of Disco is THE party for all you music lovers because above all... our only manifesto is the music! We're hoping to make the launch night something really special so please get inviting your dancing buddies!! We're on early doors from 8pm so get there early!! **Musical Hosts** GUILLAUME G* CHOTTIN (Lucky Cloud Soundsystem / Deepfrequency.com) Tan Rehman Bolando *** To help us kick start our first in a series of special parties we welcome our good friend Guillaume Chottin. After moving from France to London in the late 1990s, Guillaume started working behind the counter at Vinyl Junkies, where dance music and its roots eventually led him to New York City and David Mancuso’s Loft. It was here that Guillaume was reunited with his first love - Disco. These days Guillaume is a key member of the Lucky Cloud Sound System, who have been hosting David Mancuso’s parties in London for the past six years. He's also the founder of DeepFrequency.com and has recently been working on a number of Disco/Soul Re-Edits, which have received very strong support from the likes of Ashley Beedle and Cosmo. Be sure to check out his new material due out early next year!
