VALVE SOUND SYSTEM - Marquee All Nighter

After what is regarded by many to be the event of 2006, Break Thru and Broken Minds join forces once again to bring you Dillinja and Lemon D's infamous VALVE - the worlds only purpose built drum and bass sound system. Ear plugs will be provided on the night!

As well as bass pioneers DILLINJA & LEMON D who built the VALVE system to do their ground breaking bass production true justice, the night also features some other serious heavy weights of the scene.
Welding the beats that others find too hot to handle, DJ RANDALL’S legendry VALVE sets make him almost compulsory to any event. BRYAN GEE’S performance was arguably the highlight of last years VALVE we look forward to hearing more combinations of heavy dance hall and sweet liquid vibes again.
Making his much anticipated VALVE debut will be the master producer and DJ - CALIBRE. Known to most for his hypnotising deep bass and smouldering smooth production grooves, he plays a self imposed very limited number of DJ gigs per year but CALIBRE is a formidable dj who skills in the mix well match those of his production as BREAK THRU regulars will know ;)
Also making her debut on the VALVE system is the 1st lyrical lady MC TALI. TALI took the world by storm with her single Lyric On My Lip and her LP on Roni Size's Full Cycle Records. She also recently demonstrated her vocal versatility on Radio 1's live lounge, performing her own unique version of 50 Cents 21 Questions - one of Radio 1's most requested covers to date.

As if this wasn't enough, we also have another two arenas bursting with quality music.
THE SKOOLING hosts the FACTORY Arena for a lesson in Old Skool Hardcore and Jungle from some of the scene's founders: DOC SCOTT, PLIGRIM and GLENN ASTON.
Who better to lead the class than a man who’s been prescribing the musical medicine since day 1? And, DOC SCOTT is still right on top of the game to this very day with forthcoming releases doing serious damage on dub plate and as his set at our last METAL HEADZ all nighter demonstrate beyond any doubt.

Our third Arena puts two of our favourite guest crews head to head - Birmingham's ASBO take on Kettering's SOUR in breaks smack down!
