After a storming few months bringing you the best that tech drum'n'bass has to offer, Magnetik is proud to step up a gear, collaborating with Broken Minds to present the Birmingham leg of Renegade Hardware's UK tour to you drum'n'bass heads this May. This one promises to be a monster as we open the Marquee for an all star Hardware all-nighter, while the Medicine Bar hosts the very best in breakbeat and electro house, staying true to Magnetik's tried and tested policy of quality across the genres.
On top of the dnb bill we introduce twisted funk merchants Teebee and Calyx, bringing their unique back to back vibes to the dancefloor - expect plenty of cuts from their forthcoming LP, expected by many to take the scene by storm. Alongside these badboys we welcome another duo on form in the shape of Chase and Status - while household names across pretty much every subgenre of drum'n'bass, few can forget their excursions into the darkside. With wicked DJs skills to boot you can be sure these two will smash it up.
Elsewhere on the bill are regular Hardware Soldiers Loxy and Ink, the former returning after his dutty rinseout in March, alongside Vicious Circle, Skitty, Phase 2 and the one like Spirit... To complete the lineup we are happy to present special guest Grooverider on the Hardware lineup - many of you may remember his long standing association with the label and we can assure you the man will play to the occasion, this one's gonna be dirty...
In the Bar we bring you the sounds of breaks maestros Aquasky and Deekline alongide King Roc with support from residents Big Andy & Leechy, while the kitchen plays host to an old skool and classic drum'n'bass mashup from Glenn Aston, Escape, X and all the Magnetik residents!
