The ben Jonson pub (listed on here as the king edward pub) is the prefect venue to intimately showcase the awe inspiring sounds of Resistors stable of DJS and artists.

Guest for the evening is the new face of Birminghams EMALKAY. He's already received international acclaim with his preceeding EPs and is due to showcase his forthcoming album for BOKA records on the night. Hotly anticiapted by local advocates of the dubstep scene, his sounds are several steps ahead of the rest of the flock of dubstep normals, treading new paths of bass and a unique manipulation of subs and broken rhythms.

Couple this with the formidable talents of the Resistor residents JADE ONE, SIMPLEX and SUBCITIZEN, then the king edward might be experiencing some structural damage that eve.
Brashly blending together a myriad of styles from sources that are pushing boundaries regardless of fashion, then all Resistor residents are always a spectacle of awe inspiring aural confrontation.

This event is already hotly tipped by local promoters as a chance to catch these guys do what they do best in an up-close environment.
this is destined to move you, see you there.
