Dam, the only thing I can think of though, is the DJ's that were never booked and their names were used on the flyer, might be able to do something if they can be arsed, so I hope they do, we're powerless though :-(

Hard house nation is another event ive witnessed, aparantly something to do with sundissential yet again...but im sure the hard house nation brand was copyrighted by nukleuz???

I'm not sure but if they never even tried to book the DJs they advertised that would still be false advertising, it's only if it was properly out of their hands that the DJs didnt turn up that the disclaimer would cover them.

this is true. not a leg to stand on really, but it needs everyone to make an official complaint to the advertising executive and trading standards to have anything done about it.

also you need to confirm with the "booked dj,s" that they were never booked prior to the event, also the liscence is on the net for everyone to see, and it has an alday liscence 8am to 6am, so the bit about the council refusing the liscence is basically calling the council liars aswell.. lol i wonder what birmingham council will say after they read all this..

YES, hardhouse nation was ran in my home town telford back last year! there was a competition, but apparently it was rigged to let the most known dj to win
