I agree with you that they ripped people off. But theres nothing we can do about it now.
Atleast you can say you made the most of it and lived and learned.
I prob did rant abit to much at you earlier, but i was feeling crappy.
All the things you have said i said to my friends i was with on the night, so this isnt me being fake.

Some of my points are valid though, but i do try and look at the positives.

Different venue and 100% line up and id go again.

The thing is, like Lee said, this had and still has, the potential to be a fantastic night, with the right planning. They messed up though. Hopefully they'll do better next time.

That's exactly what worried the hell out of me. Lee said he saw the doors padlocked for god sake.

I thought the venue was good if a little crowded and I was expecting a mud bath anyway as it states indoor/outdoor venue and constant rain. Didn't expect the sand though couldn't quite believe that! I could hardly lift my fluffies up they soaked up all the mud and sand.

Shame about the hardcore DJ's not being as the line up annouced but it's not the first time that has happened at an event. What I want to know is if they were ever even booked to play! I'm guessing not which would mean false advertising?

I prefered the ustard Factory/Rojac Warehouse to be honet being as there's no mud, no sand and everyone as chilling out outside around that pond maybe Hardcore Nation sould look at booking that next time.

I'll start off saying I actually had a good night!! The dj's played good sets, my favourite set was probably Dougal and the drink prices weren't too bad

BUT

1. The guaranteed entry service - Took me about 5 messages to get it to work in the first place with the wrong details being posted on dsi! Got my code (£1.50) then received a message telling me my code was on its way even though i'd already received it (another £1.50)

2. Got to the club at 10.55 and waited outside for 20 minutes with not much of a queue expecting to pay £17. The security bloke told us it would be £30 on the door!!! Get to the door with our codes to find out they mean fuck all and that I've got to pay the rip off price of £30. Which now means I've paid £33 to get in! Now it wouldn't have been so bad if all the things that were ment to be there were there but they weren't!!!!

3. The venue was shocking as a venue - they should have left the sundissential room as a tunnel!! The little room...what was all that about, more like a sauna!! You seriously need to get something to move the air around The smoke machine was too much...couldn't see dj's, mc's or dancers for most of the night, my mate pointed out that they were actually there (well some anyway). The sound system was pretty crap in all rooms!! Oh and I know the weather isn't your doing but you could have done something about the massive mud bath's at the entrances to both rooms.

4. Line up...what line up!!! Was it just stick all the names down you can think of and hope some turn up and if they don't put a cd on and fill it with smoke! I'm not a DnB fan so wasn't too bothered about that not being there but would have expected a discount in ticket price! We paid £33 each for that, now I'm not being funny but I can go to much bigger and better events that have the stated line up for a lot less than £33!!

Nice to see the security taking the pills off people then selling them on themselves - Nice touch!

Me and all that came with me wont me going to any of these events again!! Ripped off big time!!
