The biggest Deep and soulful night to hit the Midlands launches in February...and it’s in association with the one and only Southport Weekender!!!

From Feb uBer are holding monthly events with the worlds biggest and best DJ's, alternating between The Rainbow and their Warehouse in Digbeth, Birmingham.

They kick off with DJ Karizma on Saturday 23rd February, and other confirmed guests for March and April are Craig Bartlett and Franck Roger!

Who are uBer?

uBer is a House music promotion now in its 4th year. Until now they’ve held events outside of Birmingham, holding monthly parties with local DJing talents and international DJ’s such as Andy Ward. Now, in 2008 due to popular demand they’re launching in Birmingham to give club goers a taste of Soul!
Following in the footsteps Days Like This, uBer will welcome the biggest DJ’s and producers on the scene in some of the most unique surroundings in the UK….starting off in a converted warehouse in February.

Last year couldn’t have ended better for uBer. In December they were invited to venture down to Pacha in London where their residents totally smashed the main room to pieces with their brand of deep and soulful House! So watch this space because in 2008 uBer are gonna turn some headz!

Who better to kick start uBer’s Birmingham events that Southport Weekender favourite KARIZMA! They guy is one of the best DJ’s we’ve ever seen. He’s defiantly the most unique, and that’s what uBer is all about!

Collaborating with Southport Weekender:

“We (Uber) felt that there was no better promotion to work alongside for our launch party, so we got talking to the guys at Southport and they agreed that it would be a great idea. Taking the party back to some raw surroundings is gonna make this night something to talk about…and with SPW on board it’s gonna make it special!”

The Southport organisers commented that, “At the Southport Weekender there is no bigger contingent in the UK than that of Birmingham’s, so to actually put on a Southport Choice party smack bang in the middle of brum is perfect!”
